The great China Heng Hua man

went to Penrissen Food Court to buy you cha kueh to add in our porridge
oh.. i should post this yesterday but nevermind, it's still the same! :)
the stall owner is from China and is a heng hua lang*
i want to try the zhao cai mian next time! obsessed with it!! :P
and this is where we buy the super long you cha kueh!
it is so yummy i want more!!
crispy outside and soft inside
hmm.. how do i describe... :S
it's not like the normal you cha kueh you get in the market where the inside is stuffed with dough and hardly see through
this one is just nice! NO!! should say very :D
just go buy some and try
only 70cents for one
if you buy 3 it's Rm2
the great Heng Hua China man :P
who is a funny guy and knows how to sing and speak different languages
hmm.. maybe he knows some kungfu! i doubt :X
the cooking process

notice the inside??
got hole one okay!!
and i stuff my porridge inside the kueh and nomnom it!
yummy!! :D
the process of make this long you tiao*
in case you dont understand,
*you cha kueh* is in hokkien and *you tiao* is in mandarin
LOOK! he's a funny guy!
entertain us with songs and stories somemore
and keep smiling during the process :X
i like the cutting part! so fun!!
once you cut it, the other end, which is the uncut part will srink and srink and srink
have to cut very fast!
i want to try cutting now!! :D
oh look! a dough xylophone!!!

to kiap the you cha kueh together

frying time!!

i think he used to burn his knuckle
if i get burn in this process, i would never want to do this anymore!!
serious!!
hehe.. no la.. dont even know how to make this
is it possible for me to get hurt? LOL
look at it!! so crispy i want!!
bought 6

and 3 Heng Hua su bing
very nice! the inside taste like mooncake
i mean the Hong Choi Pia taste with some peanuts inside!
the tauke free us extra 1 so that makes 4 :D
We thought there is 3 left so we bought 3 but apparently there is 4 so he gave us 1 for free!
so nice of him!
actually he could just ask us to buy the last one
.
Anyway, do give it a try if you happened to pass by Penrissen Road
the owner is a very friendly China man
and almost everything sold in this stall are handmade by him
those noodles, you cha kueh as you can see and the su bing..
urgh.. am drooling now!
