Pompompomfret

First time steaming pomfret! Ingredients are all from scratch! 

 I just knew cutting raw fish is tough! The flesh is tough I mean.. Maybe my knife is not sharp enough! I needa saw hard few times in order to cut through.. 

Anyhow decorate and here's the end product! 
How?! Not bad for a starter right!

Lemon fish

Cooked this while mummy's away!! 

Not bad right! But apparently my dad says it is quite salty! I think my moms mixture of flour for frying is very salty as I did not marinate for the fish! 

Anyways fish is crispy and I made lemon sauce to go with it hence the name lemon fish! Heheh 

But still.. I don't know why my sauce is not yellow in colour like those restaurant prepared sauce! It's slightly orange! 

Teach me how!
