Friends

Friends come and go. 

Recently I've suffered so much 'friends' issue! Very sien one okay!

This particular part time friend is no longer my friend as I think she self declared it. Of course she did not tell me inter prasentes, it's somehow inter absentes. Anyways her action speaks louder than words 😂

Enough of her! I was actually quite sad about this issue as I'm the kind of person who will give all I can and waste time to accompany her/listen to her etc.. But then she discarded me after I no longer have usage value to her. Life sucks! I was quite down for sometime as I treat her as real friend but she did not. :/ 

Sometimes I think that it's important to reply to people's message! Even a short reply is sufficient. Because people are waiting for your reply! And to be waited is not fun. Maybe for those who doesn't care then different scenario la! For me, I don't like to keep on waiting lo.. Especially when you read my message. I feel vexed all the time!! 😠

I have a friend, who is the type that used to reply me late or not reply me at all. We are still friends, but I never tell her that I dislike people who never reply to others message. If you hate that person or he/she is some stranger then fine. No need to care but then we are friends loh!! Why like this? Maybe I should tell her someday 😥 sometimes I think that maybe she is very busy until she cannot reply. But then if I saw that she's active on social platform but could not reply then something is wrong. Personality problem maybe. Just reply me when you have free time to go online can?

I believe that what goes around comes around. But I always reply people when I saw the message(exception:strangers/weirdo) straightway, why can't people just reply to me like how I replied them when they needed me?! Luckily, not all of my friends are like this.. So it's still okay! But I don't wish good friends to act in these manner, so 不够朋友！

Pompompomfret

First time steaming pomfret! Ingredients are all from scratch! 

 I just knew cutting raw fish is tough! The flesh is tough I mean.. Maybe my knife is not sharp enough! I needa saw hard few times in order to cut through.. 

Anyhow decorate and here's the end product! 

How?! Not bad for a starter right!

Lemon fish

Cooked this while mummy's away!! 

Not bad right! But apparently my dad says it is quite salty! I think my moms mixture of flour for frying is very salty as I did not marinate for the fish! 

Anyways fish is crispy and I made lemon sauce to go with it hence the name lemon fish! Heheh 

But still.. I don't know why my sauce is not yellow in colour like those restaurant prepared sauce! It's slightly orange! 

Teach me how!

Serikin with Family

Woke up at 7am today by daddy who surprised me by asking me whether i wanted to go to Serikin or not!

I thought i was dreaming!!

Seriously!!

 because i mention to him about going Serikin yesterday and he replied that he do not want to go!

but paused for awhile and said he do not know whether mom wanted to go or not

and if we want to go, we have to wake up early and depart at 6something! :S

anyway, both mom and i thought the plan was cancelled since he did not mention anything about Serikin after that, not even at night before he went to bed!

Still very surprising that he was so sporting and wanted to go

woke me up so early

yes!! early because i slept quite late and he did not inform me beforehand

if he does, i can sleep earlier! :D

Lasagna

 bought this awhile ago

and suddenly have the urge to make lasagna

this was my first attempt and i think i did pretty well for first timer, just that the red sauce or meat sauce is way too watery!! :(

you know why?!

because i did not follow the recipe who called for 2 cans of canned tomato and tomato paste

instead of these i substitute it with ketchup and fresh tomatoes! and some starch to make it more gooey :P

because im pro like that!

hahahahah!!

 this is the end product after assembling and bake for around 40 minutes!

as you can see, the white sauce/cheese sauce is not enough to cover the whole surface, thats why the end result is not that nice

anyway

i still cant wait to dig in

was too hungry!

Brand New Month

so it's July today

and out of boredom i decided that i shall blog more often

hhaahaha

did you ever heard this phrase before??

i think i've been keep repeating this long time ago and i never even bother to do so :P

it's been quite a while now, since i last blogged

i shall make an attempt to blog and jot down what happens in my life

so when i grow old and maybe memory loss

i can still flashback those nostalgic memories! 

hahahahaha

today is the 2nd week of my holiday

and i need a job so i can have $$ for travel and of course shopping!

i've finished exam on the 23th of June and went to Damai Beach with friends the next day to release stress! hah

why not stress?! it has been 2 months of exams

torture me until i transform into a zombie!

been to library almost everyday even weekends and eventually became my 2nd home

but im glad everything is over! 

YAYNESS!!

Recently, i felt that it's almost a year i stop talking to my bestfriend HSiang

and i missed those moments we chat with each other!

he is still my best friend so far, even though we seldom speak!

and guess what?!

i finally get to see him in real! LOL

he is much chubbier now

can i use chubby?? not fat but just berisi*

his smile is still so cute! haha like a bee!

anyways, i shall start to disturb him more in chats! else he will forget me and i will lose my best friend!

i know im evil! :P

i can BAKE Layer Cake

My first attempt in baking layer cake

just because Branson wanted to eat layer cake!

This cake is sinfulness

even though the texture is not so nice as i forgot to press every layer to make it compact!! :(

BUT the aroma and the taste is super seducing you wont want to look at it's ugly texture but just nom nom them! :D

Anyway, ingredients of this cake is quite expensive.

Milo, Horlick, Oat are all inside

i can say every layer cake is expensive as it is time consuming.

i took around 6 hours to finish everything including preparation.

VERY TIRED!!

but at least someone appreciate it!

so its worth it

Itchy

I hate sandflies!!
now i had few sore spots on my leg which are damn itchy and painful!!
i think those phucker bite me when we was trying to fix Connie's car alarm after the finale of RWMF!
it been 2 days now, and no sign of cure! :(
and i felt that i had sandfly fever and leishmaniasis

Rainforest World Music Festival 1

The four of us (Sung, Jacq, Edmund and I) attend RWMF on Saturday which was the 2nd day of the event

so regret we miss out the fun on Friday!

Sung, my beloved cousin! drove us to the Cultural Village to and fro..

Yes, we did not stay in the resort, price were too expensive for us!

every hotel increased their rate because of this event

and we are totally broke because of Rainfest :S

I reached my grandma's house at around 12.30pm as my mom was also going to the Rainfest too, by shutter bus.

She had to put me there and rush to Grand Margherita hotel for shuttle bus to Cultural Village at 2pm

We thought we might be earlier than her to reach Cultural Village but no! she called me when we are on the way there, telling me that she had arrived! =.=

Anyway, we did not made it in time because jacq has not prepared yet.

Waited for her to get ready and pick her up at around 1.30pm

Had lunch at J&J

Sung ate 2roti canai kosong, Edmund roti telur and cheese!! and i ate roti telur

After that we depart at around 2pm using the toll road :P

Arrived Santubong Resort at 3 something

and had to park our car along the road side.

both sides were fully parked!!

but lucky us, we found a parking space on the way out from Santubong Resort! anyway, that will be easier for us to depart home later.. :D

Took the shuttle which costs RM5 per way to the Entrance of Damai Beach Resort, around the round about area only and not even at the entrance of Cultural Village. we have to walk some short distance to reach the enterance!

so bo hua! waste Rm5 like that!!

those who followed the Kuching-Damai bus only paid RM10 but still have to walk down to the enterance la..

but Rm5 one is only a short distance, Santubong to Damai Beach enterance! nowonder i saw many people walking along the road from Santubong.

anyway, i would not prefer to walk:P

it will be very tiring!!
