Pandan leaves Chicken

got this recipe from LucyNg's blog actually
but i changed some of the ingredients and did not add those seasoning according to the recipe :P
just simply add this and that and luckily it turns out pretty good :D
woke up early to prepare this laa..
as the chicken needs to be marinated for 2-3 hours
i used chicken breast meat, diced!
some shallots, garlic, chinese parsley/coriander??, pepper, salt, fish gravy, sugar, honey and soy sauce :P
lazy to pluck lemon grass so no lemon grass added.. hehehe
went to the garden to pluck some pandan leaves
wrap the chicken
looks like dumplings right??

and then fry it!
i use deep fryer

and voila!!
serve while it's hot
really looks like dumpling right? except there is no glutinous rice
am glad that the breast meat is very soft :P

and it tasted like roasted chicken without the chao da part.. quite juicy!

tofu with minced meat??
quite salty i guess :P
did not taste it when i cook, and simply add in more soy sauce :(
luckily no one complained!
